Our Pastor Emeritus

Pastor John Wiseman has been the Senior Pastor of Victory for over 27 years.  In that time we have seen many come to know our Lord.  Pastor John and his wonderful wife, Sandy, have served faithfully over the years and they are a blessing to our congregation. 

Pastor came to our church in 1985, as the youth pastor and when Pastor Storm passed away, we voted him in as pastor in 1987.  He and Mrs. Sandy are both graduates from the Kentucky Bible Institute.  While they were in school, they intern pastored the Bethel Bible Chapel there in Louisville.  After graduation, they were called to serve in Bel Air, Maryland at the Emmorton Baptist Church as Youth / Assistant Pastor.  In 1985 they felt led to come back to their home church, then named Trimble Road Bible Church, here in Mansfield.  They worked with Pastor Storm for two years and then graciously took over when he was called to glory.

We are blessed with a Pastor and wife who continually stand for the truths found in the Word of God.  They have never wavered on that truth and we thank the Lord for them.

When Pastor and Mrs. Sandy are not at church, they are still busy for the Lord, helping out the congregation with their personal and spiritual needs. You will always find them using their many talents in any way that they can.

Our Church is truly blessed.

Pastor and Mrs. Sandy semi-retired on December 21, 2014.  They are still working at the church and are both busy for the Lord! We thank the Lord for their faithfulness.
